23 LA Tri 2 Change Form

This form is for registrants who wish to change distances for the 1st Event in the LA Tri Series or Purchase a USAT 1 Day membership for the event.
Downgrading distances is $10, and upgrading distances cost the difference in price between the distances. USAT 1 day memberships cost $15 per individual.
